When Serdar Yasin first walked through the doors of ServiceMaster of Calgary Janitorial Management Services back in 2018, we never realized what a key member of our cleaning family he would become! In four short years, and during a global pandemic no less, Serdar has turned into not simply an essential employee for us, he is a true ambassador of our business and most definitely our EVERYDAY HERO!
As our Operations Manager, Serdar is tasked with not just ensuring that our customers are happy but also with instilling that same goal with the cleaning staff that serve those very same customers. Serdar achieves these objectives with style! While always attentive to the needs of our customers, Serdar ensures that he listens to his staff – often jumping in to assist when needed. His laidback and easygoing mannerism helps guarantee a calm environment that is appreciated by all! As a bonus, with Serdar on the team, we are always assured of an experienced grill master at every company barbecue event!
To say that we consider Serdar to be an essential employee would be an understatement as he is not just an employee to us, he is a member of our ServiceMaster family and integral to our success! We are so very proud and thankful to have Serdar as part of our team!
